We have always wanted to create a unique bar experience. Our idea would see our selected space transformed into a 1920's speak easy bar with live music, Gin & Tonics and bow tie waiters. Entry would be granted through a unique password announced daily.

We are looking for a vibrant space to launch our new range of locally produced spirits. The chance to create a pop up bar would allow us to showcase our products while generating additional income. Our plan is to create a space with difference zones each providing and displaying the various products. Each zone would be designed to reflect the characteristics of the product.

We have always wanted to bring our wine into the CBD environment. The chance to open a pop up bar showcasing our brand with invite only wine tasting parties is an exciting prospect.

We own a successful urban wine bar but love the idea of creating a summer garden party themed bar. This would allow us to promote our existing bar while increasing profits during the busy Christmas time of the year.

Our firm will be in town for several weeks meeting with clients. We need a physical address to operate from where we can showcase our product and perform demonstrations. It is a chance for us to test new markets and expand our brand without a large capital outlay.

Over the Christmas period our online store does the vast majority of its sales. To assist with customer enquires and deliverers we wish to use your space to open a customer help space as well as showcasing popular products.
