Knowing how you will handle payments in your pop up shop is vital to running a professional operation. Are you just wanting to accept cash or would you accept cards too? Limiting payment to cash only can often result in lost sales and customer frustration. It is also a less secure way of running your pop up shop. PayPal Here

The PayPal Here card reader uses Bluetooth to connect to the PayPal Here app on your iPhone, iPad and most Android devices. When you take a payment, you’re protected with the highest standards of Chip and PIN technology. No monthly fees or long term commitments. What’s Involved

There’s very little involved in getting set up. Simply go visit our dedicated page on PayPal and order your device. You can then log in to your PayPal Premier or Business account and set up your entire store including prices for each item so it can be easily selected and paid for on the day. This can also be done through the PayPal here app on your phone or tablet device.

How it Works

  1. Enter the purchase amount into the PayPal Here app.
  2. Ask your customer to insert their card into the card reader and enter their PIN.
  3. Once the payment is complete you can send your customer a receipt to their mobile or email address.
  4. The funds are added to your PayPal account.

When do I get paid?

Payments will go through to your PayPal account right away. You can easily review your sales activity and history, issue refunds and invoices all through your app. It’s that easy!
